Such nude and hypocritical art may seem insane, given China's brutal record of human rights. But Chinese leaders are looking at our lack of an explosive budget, huge national debt, loose immigration policies, the 2020 summer unrest and other internal conflicts to date - and many additions are welcome in their efforts.
